Yes, we can do this! First I believe we should state some principle that should be our non negotiables. The people that live here, die here, they will not be sent away to various places, once you are in there, we all group together, find the resources and support each other till the end. This will have to be a place where people invest time, as well as income, as this is the only way it can work.
